How does the 1 month free trial work?

We make outsourcing easy. Pick any activity from our list and try for 1 month, absolutely FREE. During trial period, we can even connect your PC through teamviewer. We want to make sure that we are working to your satisfaction before we ask you for your credit card.

Is there a minimum commitment or cancellation fees?

No. We follow “Pay as you go” service model. We don’t need any minimum commitment and you can stop our service whenever you want without cancellation fees. Once you stopped the service, you’ll be billed only for the service what you consumed, but you won’t be billed again.

Can I change the plan anytime?

Yes. Since we follow “Pay as you go” model, you can switch to any plan with prior notice. Also you can increase, decrease, stop any activities what we do. However, It is recommended to provide a 7 days lead time if your plan is SmartStaff.

How will you connect our Application/ERP?

If your application is web based, then we can connect directly using the given credentials . If not or any security policy in place, then our IT Infra team will be in touch with your IT team to configure the VPN/Network configurations.

Is my data safe?

Yes, we take data security seriously. We are an ISO 9001 certified organization. We will sign NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) as per your organization policy. It is your data after all, so we don’t store any data in any of our databases.

Do we need to give any ERP training to your staff?

All our staff are from the logistics domain and most of them have experience in SAP, Oracle, CargowiseOne, Kewill. However if you have different ERP or In-house product then we may need a training for 2-7 days.

How the day to day intraction will happen?

We have different modes to initiate the activity requests like mail, request through web/mobile, System API. Our Business Process engine will convert requests as a measurable task in our portal and you will be notified once the activity gets completed.

How will I measure the TAT?

TAT can be monitored in our portal through Control Tower section also you can download the TAT report any time. As a unique tool, ControlTower TV app can be configured in your SmartTV and you can monitor the activities Live.

What types of payment do you accept and what currency?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Billing value for more than $2,000 we accept bank transfer with 15 days credit from the Invoice date. Since we target simplified billing process, we encourages only the USD payments.

What is the onboarding Process timeline?

As per our standard onboarding checklist, the timeline for any activity onboarding process is 5 working days. However this may lead up to 10 working days if your requirement or your application is new to learn.

Will you help on process optimization?

Yes, we have process optimization excerice for our end-to-end outsourcing customers. But, we encourage all our new customers to experience the activity based outsourcing first before experimenting the end-end outsourcing.
